Ruthie Ann Moore
November 20, 1965 - January 8, 2010

Ruthie was dedicated to the many pets she cared both for over the years, she loved them unconditionally. She lovingly cared for the dogs for several year at Southside Animal Shelter.  Ruthie has crossed Rainbow Bridge and the pets she cared for are running to meet her. She is now watching over them until we all meet again.  We love you Ruthie and hold you in our hearts.

Pamela S. Porter Marcum,
April 4, 1964 - July 21, 2008
One of Pam's great enjoyment in life was her love for cats. She worked for "I Can", where she helped spay and neuter cats. She also volunteered for the Southside Animal Shelter, fostering sick kittens back to health so they could be adopted. The joy of finding them a home was all she needed to make her feel that she could make a difference in their lives. Her home has always been filled with rescued cats and birds. Her life could not be complete without sharing her love with as many cats as she possibly could.
We will miss you Pamela.

Andrew Patrick Sean Proctor
January 20, 1989 - February 8, 2008
Andrew loved spending time with his friends, music, fishing, the outdoors and especially animals. He was a volunteer at a local veterinary clinic over the summer months. Because of his love for animals, his family asked that memorial contributions be made to the shelter. He will be missed and his kindness will always be remembered.

Southside Animal Shelter would like to extend their deepest sympathies and their gratitude to these families.
