Thank You Phil Harris and The Original Circle City Corvette Club for Supporting Southside Animal Shelter
Phil Harris
Many thanks to The Original Circle City Corvette Club for their contribution in memory of Phil Harris. Phil had a zest for life and had many friends.  He loved animals as you can see in the picture.  Phil always had a dog treat and leftover steak for his neighbor's black lab mix (adopted from Southside Animal Shelter).
Phil gave tirelessly of his time and generously with his money trying to help others.  He supported Girl Scout Troop 282 in their efforts to put vinyl siding on Southside Animal Shelter's building by supporting the car washes and fundraising efforts they did.  He, along with the corvette club, have supported various charities throughout his tenure as President of the club.  In June 2006, a car show and silent auction was hosted by The Original Circle City Corvette Club and held at Blossom Chevrolet for Southside Animal Shelter.  Approximately $1,500 was donated to the shelter to support their wonderful efforts.  For those who knew Phil, he had so many stories to make you laugh.  He is missed!
